Never get the v710/e815

ok well about 2 years ago i got the v710 and iv had nothing but bad luck. they block out the blutooth, it never charges it drops my call iv replayed it about 4 tiems now and they gave me the upgrade from that and it is just plane horable it never charges it always drops my call and now today it fell from my bed and the screen broke of
 
If I get the choice, I'm going to rid myself of Verizon. It's like a disease that follows me everywhere I go. A disease I hate, and yet one I can't live without.

My disease doesn't let calls go through, and texting is often a problem. When the disease is too much to bear, I go to the doctor but all they do is give me someone else's used disease.

Stupid doctor. Stupid disease. Stupid verizon.

What's the best company out there?
