How do you add comments to the game reviews?

If you look on the left hand side of the screen, scroll down and there will be a silver button that says COMMENT ON THIS REVIEW
 
I tried to make it more obviious the previous button wasn't that big. Would text be easier?
 
I think I missed it because it was silver. Mabey you could add another one at the bottom of reviews for easy access? I was kind of expecting it to be at the bottom where the comments go.
