Update on the COD World at War PC Beta!!! The pre load has started, unfortunately the Exe has to downloaded through Fileplanet: http://www.fileplanet.com/promotions/codwaw/preload.aspx , you can register with them for a free account but the Download speeds are less than desirable, the good news for the DL is its only 845.96 mb large, so this means we can all be expecting our keys to go out soon, File pre load complete, says awaiting Key to unlock Date: 29 Oct. 2008 , 1 more Day WOOT

I found out[I read the fine print] that you have to be a Subscriber to pre load the Beta, but a guy at COD HQ has it here: http://thepiratebay.org/torrent/4472520/Call_of_Duty_5__World_at_War_PC_Beta_Client

all you have to do is wait till it unlocks and add the key, but I am positive more mirrors will become available, Apologies on misleading you all

I would recommend skipping The Pirate Bay and using the FilePlanet download available here. TPB downloads sometimes include viruses or other malware.

w00t, FedEx delivered my repaired notebook computer earlier today. I hope to be joining you all on the server very soon.

Are there any patches or map packs I'll need to download to play on the server?

I only posted the link so you guys could get the DL as soon as possible, the fileplanet free account dl speed is terrible, glad they opened other links to dl the exe
