EoF and EoT Changes in Cataclysm

I had already read some forum posts along this same thought process - nice to see it laid out though. Thanks John. I think it is the right move to make a flexible currency system (progressive pricing to gear by expansion) so hopefully they don't have to worry about doing this sort of economic structural overhaul for a long time if ever.
