Deppression and University

I have been excepted into University however due to depreesion in high school I was having difficulties and had to spend an extra year. Now that University is coming I am getting back into that slump snd I dont want to start the year this way.

What helped me personally was connecting with a Christian club/Youth Group this last semester. Always good to have some moral/spiritual/social support.

and Keero is right. I've been heavily involved with campus outreach for a few years now and the biggest game changer is being plugged into a church and christian college ministry. If you have any questions about stuff, feel free to ask though

Thanks I have looked at the clubs offerd and cant find any christian groups atm, there will probaly be more info closer to the semester tho.
