After a year and a half of work this is the map Valve removed from the community update siting "it's too complex". While I can see their point, to a degree, it could of been fixed really easily. Basically the train's life bar serves no purpose and should have been removed. Then you'd have a simple cp map with the train serving as decoration and an occasional environmental hazard on cap. A few areas could have been simplified as well but it's not like the map is bad only slightly large. Instead of asking for these simple changes Valve bungled in removing the map as the entire update was centered around it. Even if the map was added as it is any blame would have been attributed to it's makers not Valve. The worse that could have happened was us getting a map no one plays and we already have several of those, it wouldn't have killed TF2. At a time Valve needs good relations with content makers for TF2 to continue this faux pas has set them back in the community.

STANDARD INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS IN SPOILER:
You need to extract and place the .bsp map from the .bz2 file into your map folder. The folder should be somewhere like D:\Steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\download\maps . The free and wonderful 7zip decompression software is available here if you need it for extraction.

For your information this link goes to all the custom maps currently on our server with both the raw .bsp and compressed .bz2 versions. Any of which are available for play on request (with the exception of arena).

EDIT: Upon further playing the train's health does carry over between points and rounds. This provides an incentive for quickly capping to have time on later points though the map still could have been simplified easily if Valve was so concerned.
