Alright, so my trusty emachine finally bit the dust... it won't boot up..

prior to this i started losing resources i.e. com and lpt ports were failiing

It won't power up, but the cd players lights are on, etc... am I right to assume this is a mobo?

If so can someone help me find an appropriate replacement mobo

do you have $400? If so build my system i just bought..it should fit in the emahcines case..you'll need a case fan or two though for hte extra heat..but it should fit if not buy a case form a local small vendor(online shops make mad profits from shiping on cases).
