THEY ARE EPICLY AMAZING!!!! What are they and who made them!?

I went through some random portal in the nether and came out on a path on the edge of the water. Followed it to a big awesome sandstone tower fortress thing, which i broke into since the entrance was blocked by wood...hope u dont mind (i replaced the wood) and then i saw a big floating temple thing with vines covering it. It was AWESOME! Oh and Weebles your nearby house is also very nice :)
 
the first two are JW's castle in the sky, and I think the third one is the sandstone castle that I imported? :)

Well, the upside-down floating castle thing is mine at least. I kind of like to think that it was submerged underwater before it inexplicably rose and started floating in the sky. And that the vines are seaweed. XD And that I made it without flying. :p Other than that I have no idea what it is; I need to make a story for it...

And thanks! My house has gone through many revisions, and it probably will go through more as stuff is added to mc.
