Thunderclap is much better than it used to be... to the point that it's better threat per rage then devastate even on a single target. Using Thunderclap is better TPS then devastate or revenge now... crazy huh.

hahahahaha, busted. thunder has been majorly buffed, i love it and use it for everything!
