Deuteronomy 31:8 New International Reader's Version (NIRV)
8 The Lord himself will go ahead of you. He will be with you. He will never leave you. He’ll never desert you. So don’t be afraid. Don’t lose hope.”

This is just as true for us today as it was then. As we go through life it holds all kinds of uncertainty and we need to have faith that God goes before us, and knows what is before us, even if we don't.
