how do you bind a phrase to a key?

I just cant figure it out.

Well, it is a dumb question that i had to ask (contrary to popular belief) but i will forgive you b/c i love you cmore j/k

like kidan said, but i don't know if it was clear
bind key "say phrase"
the say is important, or esle it won't show ... and " " around the say your phrase thing

And the numpad keys would be entered as such:
bind "kp_enter" "say spooky wooky wooky"
bind "kp_end" "say Watch your language, before we watch it for you"
kp_end = 1
kp_downarrow = 2
kp_5 = 5, etc...
And if you are interested in making weapon binds...
bind "kp_pgup" "colt, ak" (And this would buy either a colt or an ak, depending on your team)

If you go to the script board on the main Counter-strike.net forums, they have alot of sticky posts of the most common binds. If you ever need a script of some sort, just post something there and those guys will have make something for you in no time.

Goose's lag fix/No silencer script is very useful. i use them my self

give it a try, it's in the general discussion, sticky topic.

rgr if you dont want to fiddle inside cs just open the config.cfg in notepad.

I recommend getting some binds and scripts to ease your cs. i have a few walk/jump/nade/plant scripts that just prevent multiple buton pushing
