Sith Assassin: Force Cloak

I'm wondering if other assassin's force cloak is not working correctly. I can hit mine and most of the time I will exit combat, the mob(s) will reset, I run away, then I am put back in combat while the mobs stand there.

Any other sith assassin experiencing this?
