Only thing I've really read so far is what is already out DLC wise will be on a new disc. Like I said, I've read nothing but rumors, but that's the only reason I can see them dropping it to $20 already.

Edit: That's also a 2 month old article. I'd assume whatever Capcom has up their sleeve would be something newer. But I'm also tired.
