If you haven't noticed, or checked the other thread, GW2 Beta sign-ups are happening for the next 48 hours. https://beta.guildwars2.com

Once you run the scannertron it'll ask for optional info regarding your guild - here is the info I put in

Guild Name: Spirit of Elijah
Size: 100-499
Website: toj.cc/gw

Obviously, if you are not a part of SoE/SOE, feel free to put your own information, I just wanted to give official information regarding it.

Something tells me I won't get in due to my hardware specs, but how sad that I can't share if I do!

Alas. Such is life in beta testing, no?
 
Figured that would be the case, anyway, there is the information for you guys to clear up some confusion.
 
Any indication of when the beta will run? I am going to the east coast for a couple of weeks starting February 27. I won't be back in game until after March 15.

What does NDA stand for and what does that mean for me?

NDA stands for Non-Disclosure Agreement. An NDA is a legal contract between ArenaNet and you that states all content in the Guild Wars 2 Beta Events is confidential. By signing the NDA, you agree to not disclose that you are a participant in a Guild Wars 2 Beta Event and to not disclose any information about the content. Breaking the NDA can lead to legal proceedings.

Please do not violate any NDA (whether for GW2 or any other game) especially on the CGA forums. Threads/posts that do will be deleted immediately.
 
Breaking NDA is bad... painful as it'll be to any who get into beta to keep quiet about it.

That said, if you get to choose your own name in the beta, you could use an SoE/ToJ.CC name so that if you cross paths... well... it'll be known.

I just want to put out there, if anybody gets into the Beta and they give you chance to send feedback...

Can we all agree to ask "Whatsup with not being able to change eye color?"

Isn't that kinda goofy, when we have a slider for ear fat? That's just been bugging me.
