Hunter Macros

I have been reading about macros lately and was wondering if any of our hunters use them to increase dps. I am also leary of them because I understand that some macro setups can be considered a breach of the TOS by Blizz.

nope, I rather control my shot rotation personally though I do use mods to show my autoshot so I can interleave my steady shot.

I haven't even found an autoshot timer that I like, so I do my best by sight/sound. I clip occasionally but not too often anymore.. You actually can hit your steady shot key a fraction of a second before the next autoshot goes off, but if you do it a fraction of a second too soon, you'll end up doing two steadys in a row while missing your auto..
