CGA TeamSpeak server down 12/17/16

The CGA TeamSpeak server is currently down. I tried to restart the server and the process launched without error, but I'm unable to connect to the server.

The server is still down, but I'm wondering if anyone was still using it? No one has contacted me asking for any kind of update on when (or if) it will be back up.

On the rare occasion that I'd log into our TS server, I'd only see four or five people on and no one I recognized.
