Call for help revising forums Terms of Service

I'm hoping to update the CGA Forms Terms of Service when we upgrade from vBulletin 3.8.x to vB 4.x, but I'm completely out of my element when it comes to "legalese."

Are any among you better suited to the task? If so, would you volunteer to help us update our ToS?

Note that you don't actually have to be a lawyer to help. (It wouldn't hurt, though.)

I'm hoping to complete the revisions before the upgrade to vBulletin 4.x, which I hope will be complete in the next 1-2 weeks. So you may still be in time.
