I don't have the beta, but I have seen quite a bit of gameplay footage of the beta.

There is barely any noticeable blood or gore in the multiplayer, if at all. I think the content that people might find objectionable is the voice acting has swearing in it. I am not sure if you can turn that profanity off in multiplayer or not.
