Ab x n, [Abarr, AM, Abarr]

that translates to...

Ab x (1-4) and Abarr is your default
Ab x (1-4) and AM when missile barrage is up, then Abarr

you can also use http://zaldinar.bounceme.net/tcom/index.php to determine your optimal rotation but it's subject to variability due to your mana pool and the available regen in the raid.
