I'm lovin' Mario Kart DS and Tetris DS.
 
My favorite games are Pokemon Pearl/Diamond, Tetris DS, Mario Kart DS, Custom Robo Arena, Cooking Mama, Advance Wars DS, Star Fox Command, and Warioware Touched.

I also hear Sonic Rush is very good.

I discovered the joys of Tetris DS on wi-fi today. I played 6 matches against a stranger named Bjorn, won 3 matches and lost 3 matches. It was possibly the most fun I've had on my DS so far.

WarioWare Touched is a great game, too. The microphone micro-games are a bit silly, but the game is standard WarioWare fare (which is good).

Sonic Rush is good if you're looking for a portable Sonic game, but Sonic 2 still stands out as the best in the series (IMHO). There are better platform titles (New Super Mario Bros. comes to mind), but if speed is your thing, then I recommend checking out Sonic Rush.
 
I really like the Tony Hawk games and the online play. Elite Beat Agents is amazing for what amounts to a cheer leader game, might be my favorite ds game. Advance Wars was fun but quite difficult and could really use online play. New Super Mario was a lot of fun also. I played through Contact which has kind of the art and humor of Earthbound but the game play is a bit of a let down.
