Christian Gamers Alliance is funded exclusively by community members. This means that all of our expenses are covered by your donations. This brief post explains how to donate funds toward our web hosting and domain renewal.
First, I'd like to tell everyone what their money is going toward:
Those who donate toward our expenses will be listed in a "Thank you" thread. The thread will be updated periodically. The thread will not contain donation amounts.
Donations will never be required for members to join and participate in discussion on these forums. The Christian Gamers Alliance community remains a place where everyone is welcome, no matter what their financial status may be.

"Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver." 2 Corinthians 9:7

First, I'd like to tell everyone what their money is going toward:
- Dedicated server hosting. Our dedicated server account with Abba Communications costs $495 USD a year.
- Domain renewal. Domain renewal plus domain privacy cost $18 USD per year.
- vBulletin license renewal. Renewing our vBulletin license, which allows us to download new security patches for our forums, costs $60.00 USD a year. That brings our total expenses for the year to $573 USD. If we keep the blog module that we are currently doing a one year paid trial on that renewal costs $60 USD a year which brings the total up to $633 USD a year.
- Surplus funds. These funds will be applied to additional expenses, such as printing copies of promotional flyers.
- Method #1: Please click here to donate to the Christian Gamers Alliance via the forums subscription module. You can choose to donate one time or in monthly auto-pay installments. Please note to use the forums subscription module you must have a registered account on the forums.
- Method #2: If you do not wish to register a forums account or pay through the forums subscriptions module, please send your donations via Paypal to donations AT cgalliance DOT org.
