OOoooOOOO! I HAVE AN IDEA! :p

Well, instead of getting a job, my dad gave me the option of Ebay instead of working @ McDonalds or something. *McDonalds = XP [BAD]*

So, I'm selling some stuff we got from out of state. Fancy. I'll be setting up my own account and I will be making money off of it. Now since it's already electronic, I can automatically transfer some of it to ToJ! (But don't expect a bunch of money though... XD But some will be coming along... :p *Junish [June 15th - graduation]*

i havent read all of it but stop making so many stinking excuses, avoid eating out just one meal, if you work, take a lunch one day or just flat out skip a meal if this is something that is important to you then you will find a way to help, 1-5-100 dollars helps people will not judge you on how much you send, but the fact that you sent it.

That is so cool. It makes me cry...(1) because I'm so happy our server survived and (2) because I'm sad that I can't play CS: Source until I rebuild my primary PC. ;_;

The day my primary PC is back up, I'll be on the server. ^^

To point out, some people live outside of the USA, so the currency between countries makes a huge difference with donating money.

example: $50 CAD = $40.06 USD
 
But that is what everone should have been doing all along.

Let's do some quick math...

165 x 12 = 1980.

Now, how much of that $2000 has been donated to Plank. What plans are there moving forward so that the cost is completely covered as well as the other ToJ operating costs?

$20 x 200 (active members) = $4000

Even on my budget which is pretty tight, I can find a way to come up with $20. That $4000 would cover the CS server as well as additional fees, may even provide money for some promotional things. And that is with only 1 yearly contribution. To those who are still living with parents....Have you considered contracting your services to raise money for ToJ (contracting with Parents)? You may be surprised how much you can raise.

Some people have absolutely NO way of donating, so the guy flipping out up there is kinda wrong. I mean...you never know how bad someone and their parents are in debt etc. Not to mention the younger people with no jobs. The teenagers who just bought a car and are struggling to pay it off. The younger kids with no job, and one parent who is struggling without child support just to pay the bills; and quite frankly wants their last dollar to be spent on clothes, houseware, etc. GG buddy. On another note, was that a link to a source server? And if I donate can I ask for it to be only to the 1.6? I could send some money, but only in the form of a money order.

status notification on the server?? im assuming since last i checked it was still up, but what is the current money status?
 
Enough was donated to cover May and June. At the end of June, the server will be shut down do to lack of additional funds. As of last night, the staff know about this and are working on several things including setting up a dedicated fundraiser. Today is only the 8th. A lot can happen by the end of the month, but as it stands, that is totally up to the other members.
