Yeah, it depends on your gear setup. Most of the great healers I know use two different sets of gear: a heavy max'd-out +Heal set for trash, and a balanced stats/regen/+heal set for bosses (longevity and survival) Some items overlap, of course.

My two favorite: Improved Fireball/Frostbolt: The reduction in damage coefficient caused by this talent has been removed. Weapon Expertise (Protection) renamed Combat Expertise, now increases expertise by 1/2/3/4/5 and total Stamina by 2/4/6/8/10%. Hurray for the removal of the mage...

Considering BC was announced in October 2005 (BlizzCon '05) and was finally released January 2007 (15 months, but 2 months late), I would project late 2008 ballpark. Realistically, if they really are trying to churn out expansions faster, I'd say Q2 of 2008 at the earliest.

The one time I did heroic underbog, I was tanking. The group leader just said "tank/kite (back him up) him to the entrance, he should be dead by the time you get there." Seemed to work; we one-shot him. :)
